RV Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and learning opportunities to support organizational needs.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Deliver and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in both group and individual classroom or shop settings.
• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the development of corporate training strategies.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs.
• Partner with individual departments to outline deliverables, expectations, and specific training needs for staff.
• Proactively work with the Management team to identify and resolve issues.
• Actively participate in safety initiatives and organizational development meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in training, curriculum development, and instructional design.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs using various methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems, including visual aids technology.
• Strong people management, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• High energy and an enthusiastic, motivational training style.
