Indie Campers is a campervan marketplace making road trips accessible to everyone. With over one million nights rented, the company offers short-term RV rentals, long-term subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet targets
  • Manage inbound leads and drive them through the commercial funnel
  • Prepare vehicles for defleet and sale, including MOT coordination, repairs, cleaning audits, and photos
  • Conduct customer demos and handle vehicle handovers post-purchase
  • Build local partnerships for vehicle photos and third-party condition reports
  • Organize sales events and open days at the depot
  • Coordinate with HQ teams to align priorities and ensure execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Technical degree in sales or Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1+ year sales experience, preferably in RV or auto dealership sales
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • 100% on-site availability in Madrid
  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of RV products
  • Experience with administrative requirements for leased vehicle/RV sales
  • Knowledge of consumer financing
