About the Company

Fondazione MICRA is a non-profit organization that promotes financial inclusion and sustainable economic development through activities and projects in microfinance, financial education, and technical assistance for microenterprises. It operates in Italy, across Europe, and in developing countries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments on financial education and access to finance needs
• Participate in the design of targeted surveys for agricultural businesses
• Identify target beneficiaries
• Coordinate local enumerators during data collection to ensure quality and timing
• Perform regular field visits to businesses during beneficiary selection
• Support data analysis and reporting of survey results

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, management, agroeconomics, or rural development
• At least two years of experience in development cooperation projects
• Understanding of Lebanon's financial inclusion sector and rural finance
• Ability to be present in the Beqaa region at least 75% of the time
• Willingness to travel to Beirut for partnership meetings
