Runners/Commis

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and station setup when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and kitchen areas
• Support the service team during peak hours and special events
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a runner, commis, or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food handling and service procedures
