Runner

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly according to fine dining standards
• Support waitstaff during peak service periods to maintain service rhythm
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and side stations
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Runner in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and equipment safely
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance
