Runner

Responsibilities

• Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house sections
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting to ensure smooth guest turnover
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service flow
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Runner in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high service standards
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage
