Responsibilities

• Support stockroom and back-office operations to optimize retail efficiency
• Receive, organize, and replenish merchandise to ensure smooth product flow
• Prepare and transfer products from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Maintain order and proper stock presentation to enhance the customer experience
• Manage physical stock movement and support loss prevention operations
• Utilize business systems and technology to execute procedures and policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or warehousing environment
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Proficiency in using business systems and latest technology
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the brand and a willingness to learn and develop
