Runner

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and according to brand standards
• Support waitstaff during peak service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and side stations
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Runner or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and equipment safely
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• English fluency
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
