About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team in preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out
- Travel between units to deliver supplies to housekeepers and maintenance teams
- Perform basic maintenance tasks including appliance, cable, and wifi troubleshooting
- Maintain maintenance supplies and inventory
- Remove trash from homes and assist housekeeping with cleaning as needed
- Ensure homes meet company Standard Unit Appearance guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping is a bonus
- Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and digital systems
- Reliable personal transportation for frequent travel between worksites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing and bending
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
