Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations team in preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out
• Travel between units to deliver supplies to housekeepers and maintenance teams
• Perform basic maintenance tasks including appliance, cable, and wifi troubleshooting
• Maintain maintenance supplies and inventory
• Remove trash from homes and assist housekeeping with cleaning as needed
• Ensure homes meet company Standard Unit Appearance guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• Prior experience in maintenance or housekeeping is a bonus
• Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and digital systems
• Reliable personal transportation for frequent travel between worksites
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing and bending
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
