Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup and storage at the end of service in collaboration with captains
• Deliver dishes to the dining room and assist captains with table service
• Act as the direct link between the kitchen and the dining area
• Follow customer orders and control dish delivery
• Assist with the setup of the restaurant and terrace
• Respect hygiene and safety standards

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong sense of customer contact
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Reactive and able to adapt during busy rush periods
