Responsibilities

• Send dishes to the dining room with speed, elegance, and organization
• Maintain fluid communication between the kitchen chefs and the front-of-house team
• Support captains by clearing tables efficiently and discreetly
• Ensure the cleanliness and constant replenishment of service consoles
• React quickly to details to guarantee a memorable customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to carry trays and move quickly with agility
• Sharp sense of observation to anticipate team needs
• High level of motivation and a positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure service periods
• Team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in catering or high-paced environments is a major asset
