Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes to the dining room
• Act as the physical link between the kitchen and the dining area
• Assist captains with table service as needed
• Clear tables throughout the service
• Ensure proper setup and storage of back-office areas at the end of service
• Respect hygiene standards for back-office areas
• Follow customer orders and control dish delivery
• Assist captains with the setup of the restaurant and terrace

Requirements

• Proven ability to balance trays effectively
• Efficient and reactive with attention to detail
• Previous similar experience in food service
• Excellent customer contact skills
• Organized, smiling, autonomous, and punctual
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of hygiene and dining room service rules
• English proficiency is a plus
