Run Tester

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Set up and test refrigeration units for operation and run until stabilized
• Troubleshoot performance issues and identify causes of abnormal quality conditions
• Set up testing equipment to perform checks on compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperature readings
• Test components and subassemblies according to technical specifications
• Complete required reports, checklists, and rejection tags
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
• Excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC, testing, or manufacturing environments
