Rules Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal and policy documents to extract key information according to established guides
• Identify compliance obligations within legal and policy documentation
• Use MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro for documentation and presentations
• Utilize Confluence and JIRA for task tracking and documentation
• Engage with customers to determine solutions based on existing guidance
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences
• Design and maintain controls, system requirements, or machine-readable rules for compliance automation
• Provide subject matter expertise for mission compliance-related policy development
• Create and maintain user guide documentation

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Experience in programs involving Intelligence Community (IC) authorities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (legal, technical, or library science)
• Level 0: 2 years experience
• Level 1: 5 years experience (or 3 years with a Master's or J.D.)
• Level 2: 10 years experience and Certified Paralegal
• Level 3: 15 years experience and a J.D. with 5 years of IC Privacy Compliance experience
