Responsibilities
- Animation and supervision of rugby sessions (2 evening sessions and 2 Wednesday afternoon sessions)
- Participation in educational sessions and homework assistance
- Contribution to the monitoring and preparation of sports session content
- Application of the École des XV pedagogical methodology
- Ensuring respect for rules and monitoring youth behavior
- Supporting the daily functioning of the structure and the educational team
Requirements
- Enrolled in a BPJEPS Rugby or APT (Activités Physiques pour Tous) program
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and organize
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel)
- Motivation and commitment to social/educational values
