RTR Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the financial and accounting integration of newly acquired entities into Sony Music
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate accounting policies
• Manage the migration of financial data, processes, and systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Post purchase accounting entries and opening balance sheets in line with global instructions
• Reconcile balances between local ERP systems and SAP to ensure no material differences
• Reconcile and track differences between local GAAP and IFRS
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, and validation activities for ERP migrations
• Oversee financial data migration including GL, AP, AR, FA, and leases
• Manage multiple concurrent integration projects and communicate progress to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proven experience in post-acquisition/post-merger integration or finance transformation
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of English proficiency (written, verbal, and reading)
