RtR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including periodic reporting and data analysis for management information.
• Prepare quarterly Intra Group Matching reporting based on IFRS and collect information for statutory closing.
• Perform account reconciliations and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual journal bookings.
• Manage cost allocations between profit centers and book internal freight and insurance.
• Maintain and record fixed asset movements in the ERP and run depreciation.
• Resolve RtR-related queries, answer audit questions, and monitor processes for internal control.
• Prepare process instructions, including SOPs and process maps, to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and implement potential process improvements.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in General Ledger within an SSC or BPO environment.
• Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, forecast, and resolve problems.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent numeric skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands, deadlines, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience or knowledge using iScala.
