RtR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including periodic reporting and forecast reporting
• Prepare and analyze management information (MISAL, ALSIS) and quarterly Intra Group Matching reporting based on IFRS
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and annual journal bookings
• Maintain and record fixed asset movements in the ERP and run depreciation
• Prepare and book cost allocations, internal freight, and insurance
• Resolve RtR-related queries and address audit questions
• Monitor processes for internal control and identify potential process improvements
• Prepare process instructions, including SOPs and process maps

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in General Ledger within an SSC or BPO environment
• Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Knowledge of iScala ERP
