RTR NA Supervisor - Transformation

Responsibilities

• Perform and support end-to-end financial accounting activities for assigned North America countries
• Execute month-end close processes, including trial balance review, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheet movements
• Ensure correct application of accounting standards (IFRS) and corporate policies
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with shared services and external providers to ensure quality and issue resolution
• Support intercompany, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to drive closure of open items
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across finance operations

Requirements

• Strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) and controllership roles within multinational environments
• Solid working knowledge of IFRS, including experience with leases (IFRS 16), provisions, and intercompany accounting
• Hands-on exposure to finance transformation initiatives, carve-outs, or transitions
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in intercompany reconciliation, clearing, and settlement processes
• Strong audit readiness skills, including control documentation and evidence preparation
• Fluency in English and ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment
