RTL Design(NOC)- Sr Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems, including circuits, mechanical systems, and Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems.
• Integrate new features and functionality into hardware designs according to product roadmaps.
• Conduct design simulations and analyses to implement solutions with optimal power, performance, and area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, verification, software, and architecture) to improve yield, test time, and quality.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products to meet customer schedules and expectations.
• Assess complex design features to identify potential flaws, compatibility issues, or compliance concerns.
• Write detailed technical documentation for all hardware projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• OR a Master's degree in a related field with 1+ year of Hardware Engineering experience.
• OR a PhD in a related field.
• Proven experience in circuit design.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
• Experience using hardware design and measurement instruments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional Hardware Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in digital, analog, or RF circuit design.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
• 2+ years of experience with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF tools.
