RTL Design - Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, verify, and test highly critical electronic systems, including Digital, Analog, RF, and optical systems.
• Drive the development of design rules and processes for electronic hardware and integrated circuitry.
• Serve as an expert resource for complex simulations and analyses to achieve optimal power, performance, and area (PPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (verification, software, architecture) to implement new requirements and improve production yield and quality.
• Evaluate and develop novel manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products in advanced processes.
• Advise multiple engineering teams on complex hardware designs to identify and mitigate potential flaws.
• Write and review detailed technical documentation for highly complex hardware projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• Master's degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a PhD with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in circuit or logic design and validation (digital, analog, or RF).
• Proficiency in schematic capture and circuit stimulation software.
• Hands-on experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of professional Hardware Engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with RF tools and advanced measurement instrumentation.
• Experience in a formal technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
