RSM

Responsibilities

• Focus on the continuous improvement of material movement through various production processes
• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks for supply chain planning and forecasting
• Promote organizational alignment by communicating customer needs and requirements
• Manage order fulfillment, administration, and shipping activities
• Oversee third-party vendor activities to ensure effective order flow and service standards
• Develop capacity plans to support build-to-stock and build-to-order environments
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses and production schedules
• Perform routine entry-level assignments under the guidance of senior roles

Requirements

• 0-3 years of vocational or professional training
• College or university degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Conceptual knowledge of fundamental supply chain theories and practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Tableau reporting and automation is a plus
