RRE Work Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the work management process by developing schedules and job plans to facilitate barrier-free work execution
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure station availability, reliability, and safety
• Manage resource supplies, including performing inventory searches, researching parts via manuals, and creating purchase requests
• Provide leadership and field oversight for supplemental and variable contract resources
• Lead daily and weekly work status meetings and develop resource-loaded schedules
• Monitor and track activity progress, prepare reports, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Perform core administrative tasks such as determining GL accounting for work orders and managing equipment repair processes

Requirements

• Associates degree and minimum 3 years of related work experience, OR High School/GED and 7 years of related work experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to be respirator qualified

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with power plant operations and the Work Management process
• Proficiency in Maximo or other computer-based Maintenance Management Systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Experience interpreting equipment/component diagrams, drawings, and schematics
• Background in contract management or project management
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge for analyzing data and managing costs
