RPT Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze global Radiopharmaceutical Therapy (RPT) market trends, pipeline technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies for the RPT and Oncology sectors.
• Conduct research on domestic and international technologies, pipelines, and industry reports.
• Execute business development tasks including licensing, research collaborations, and investment reviews.
• Prepare strategic reports and documentation for management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage external communications and partnerships with biotech companies, pharmaceutical firms, and investment institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred majors: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields).
• 3–6 years of professional experience in business strategy, business development, or market analysis.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and the RPT field.
• Proven skills in market research, competitive analysis, and logical documentation.
• Proficiency in English (Business Fluent level required) for global communication and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market analysis or business development projects within the healthcare or biotech industry.
• Experience analyzing global biotech trends and technical assets.
• Specific project experience related to Oncology or anti-cancer therapeutics.
• Background in supporting licensing, collaborations, or investment review processes.
• Experience in strategy consulting or market research-focused roles.
