RPA UiPath L2 Support

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of RPA bots in production environments and perform health checkups, including VDI and license optimization.
• Manage incidents by responding to, resolving, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UiPath environments, including HA configurations.
• Assist in the deployment of new bots and updates to existing bots, ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
• Provide technical support to end-users and business teams regarding RPA processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with L1 support for timely resolution and escalate complex issues to L3 support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the automation landscape.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance overall team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT application development or application support.
• 5+ years of experience in UiPath production support, managing large-scale environments (50+ bots).
• UiPath Developer Advanced (UiARD) Certification.
• Deep knowledge of UiPath ReFramework and Dispatcher/Performer models.
• Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, C#, or Java.
• Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work monthly rotational shifts in US time zones (starting 5 AM or 8 AM EST).
