About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production environments
- Monitor automation executions via UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate console
- Identify, analyze, and resolve failed automations by restarting jobs and reprocessing queue items
- Perform basic debugging, code fixes, and enhancements to existing UiPath workflows
- Analyze logs and Orchestrator alerts to determine root causes of system or business exceptions
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, running scenarios, and logging defects
- Support new RPA developments during deployment and hypercare phases
- Maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with business users regarding incidents and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in RPA development, monitoring, and support operations
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- Proficiency in exception handling, logging, and error analysis
- Experience with the RPA lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as incident, problem, and change management
- Experience interacting with ERP, web applications, or legacy systems
