RPA Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions leveraging the UiPath platform, including Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and Document Understanding
• Define scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks and architecture standards
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Provide technical oversight throughout the automation lifecycle, from discovery to deployment and hypercare
• Conduct solution and code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor for business and technology stakeholders on automation strategy
• Mentor developers and technical team members to build RPA capability within the organization
• Evaluate new UiPath products and AI capabilities to enhance automation solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, or solution architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath and enterprise RPA implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in UiPath platform components (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Apps, Action Center)
• Proficiency in preparing Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical specifications
• Strong experience with API integrations, databases, and enterprise application connectivity
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect certification
• Experience with intelligent automation, including AI/ML integrations and process mining
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools for RPA delivery
• Experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or enterprise COE model
