RPA Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of Developers, RPA Support staff, and Testers.
• Partner with project teams and SMEs to analyze business processes and assess feasibility for automation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement where automation can drive business efficiency.
• Manage ongoing support for RPA solutions and ensure high-quality service management.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to identify future automation opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Establish and develop DevOps service models for RPA products.
• Design and transition high-performing service support functions to ensure solutions meet expected service levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, RPA, network technologies, or virtual server/desktop environments.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or management experience in technical work streams.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with an RPA tool, preferably UiPath.
• 3+ years of programming experience in languages such as .NET or Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related mathematical/statistical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in the analysis and design of business processes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in industry-leading Artificial Intelligence products.
• Certification in Technical Architecture design.
• Certification in industry-leading Robotics Process Automation products.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to senior management.
