RPA Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business process automation opportunities within the banking and finance sectors
• Act as an integrator between business stakeholders and technology teams to create RPA solutions
• Develop business requirements, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Collaborate with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive the automation pipeline and perform TCO/ROI analysis
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and define stakeholder acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum sprints
• Educate enterprise departments on RPA opportunities to grow the automation footprint

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience specifically in business analysis for RPA automation processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process automation
• Proven experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong background in process design and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analyst Certifications with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
• ScrumMaster certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Advanced RPA certifications
