RPA Automation Anywhere Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows
• Provide guidance with process design
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
• Create process and end-user documentation
• Assure the quality of the automation through QA processes
• Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to deliver business impacting projects
• Capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues as part of an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Anywhere
• Mandatory Automation Anywhere RPA Developer certification
• Mandatory APA (Agentic Process Automation) certification
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, VB Script, Ruby, JS, or .Net
• Proof of Concept (POC) or project experience with LLMs like ChatGPT
• Exposure to AWS AI and Claude Sonnet
• Experience developing and consuming APIs
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects
• B.Tech or B.E. degree
