Royal Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
• Handle guest concerns and notify relevant departments quickly
• Manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate departments
• Respond to emails and Kipsu text messages within established timeframes
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments
• Offer wakeup call services and provide detailed information on resort activities
• Maintain radio communication standards and ensure equipment is functional
• Monitor guest preferences to ensure seamless service
• Uphold safety and security protocols by reporting suspicious activity

Requirements

• Previous Property Management System experience required
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional presentation and grooming

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in guest relations
• University or College degree in a related discipline
