About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process internal and external calls and route or assist callers
  • Take ownership of guest requests and follow up to hotel standards
  • Maintain the Royal Service software system
  • Handle faxes, voice messages, and written messages
  • Support guests with hotel information and emergency procedures
  • Follow safety policies, department procedures, and service standards

Requirements

  • Previous customer-related experience preferred
  • Outstanding guest service and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
