Roving Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across various branch locations to cover vacancies or staff absences
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and proposing appropriate financial products and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing tasks
• Refer customers to appropriate bankers and partners to meet their financial needs
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related banking regulations

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Must be able to obtain SAFE registration at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience proactively engaging customers through phone or email outreach
• Strong ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts
