Roving Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible banking support across various branch locations within the Sweetgrass District to cover vacancies
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and proposing appropriate products and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy, including cash handling and balancing
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as appropriate
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related banking regulations

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (including work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Capability to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Experience proactively engaging customers through phone or email outreach
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
