Roving Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible banking support across various branch locations within a specific geography to cover vacancies or absences
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as appropriate
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy, including cash handling and balancing tasks
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in customer interaction or equivalent experience through work, training, military, or education
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Ability to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Proactive engagement experience via phone or email outreach
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Relevant military experience in leadership, personnel management, or human resources
