Roving Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible banking support across various branch locations within the Naples district to cover vacancies
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and proposing appropriate financial products and services
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Proactively engage with customers through outreach to help them succeed financially
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as appropriate
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform essential service-related tasks

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in customer interaction (work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Capability to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in retail branch banking
• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on digital banking and mobile technology
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts
