Routing and Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain classification systems for messaging routes, including Least Cost Routing (LCR), Direct, and Premium
• Conduct and supervise regular testing of live routes and alternatives to assess performance and reliability
• Evaluate new suppliers and oversee ongoing supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Continuously monitor messaging traffic and routing to ensure consistent quality and performance
• Directly manage and monitor traffic for VIP clients to ensure service delivery aligns with high standards
• Investigate delivery failures, perform root cause analysis, and document findings for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with support teams and external providers to resolve quality issues promptly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong understanding of the messaging or telecommunications industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry-related analytical tools
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
