Route Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote the Red Wing brand through professional selling and the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX)
• Manage a mobile showroom unit, including routine maintenance and inspections
• Maintain daily logbooks, travel tracking, and DOT compliance documentation
• Prepare, load, and unload stock for the mobile unit and warehouse
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and identify future account requirements
• Manage mobile operating expenses including inventory, cash, and truck maintenance
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on footwear benefits

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or training
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous footwear selling experience from a mobile unit
• Experience in retail footwear or wholesale environments
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
