Route Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote Red Wing brand through professional selling and customer relationship building
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for the mobile unit
• Maintain daily logbooks, travel tracking, and DOT compliance
• Prepare, load, and unload stock for the mobile unit and warehouse
• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX)
• Provide accessory recommendations and product education
• Manage mobile operating expenses including inventory, cash, and truck maintenance
• Collaborate with the industrial team on truck run planning

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or training
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Computer proficiency

• Footwear selling experience from a mobile unit
• Retail footwear or wholesale experience
