Route Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck in full compliance with DOT and company safety guidelines
• Execute daily less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries and collections of pallets at over 100 customer locations
• Document and report delivery data, including times, mileage, and volumes, to internal systems
• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase collection volumes
• Visit potential collection locations to promote the LVR Program and expand the customer base
• Work with internal teams to develop and execute project plans for operational improvements
• Act as a resource and trainer for other LVR Representatives

Requirements

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card without restrictions
• Physical capability to lift 65 lbs regularly
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and lead peers indirectly
• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-stop driving and route management software
• Background in frontline operations leadership and new customer development
• Proficiency in Spanish
