Roustabout Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform oil field related services and tasks in accordance with company and OSHA requirements
• Determine scope of work including locations, quantities, and material specs
• Select, cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes and related materials
• Install and repair oil/produced water tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and motors
• Perform general ground work around well sites and clean up oil spills
• Secure equipment and transport according to company policy and DOT regulations
• Safely work in potentially hazardous environments using required PPE

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check
• Proficiency with hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year previous oilfield experience
• Heavy equipment operating skills with proof of training
• PEC - Safeland and/or OSHA 10 certification
• PEC - H2S Clear and/or H2S Awareness certification
