Roustabout Crew Pusher

Responsibilities

• Perform oil field related services and tasks in accordance with OSHA requirements
• Supervise assigned crews and ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage
• Practice awareness concerning health, safety, and environmental issues
• Build, repair, and fabricate production equipment, midstream, and downstream facilities
• Plan equipment and manpower needs and assign duties to crew members
• Complete job-related paperwork in a timely manner
• Supervise jobs from beginning to end, including site clean-up and equipment removal
• Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems
• Assist with major equipment repairs and train other employees
• Work with management to build and complete bids and proposals

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar position managing crews in the oil and gas industry
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move materials greater than 50 lbs
• Proficiency with various hand tools and equipment
• Ability to speak and read English for site communication and reporting
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications

• High School/GED with three years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• CDL class A or B license
• Industry standard safety certifications (OSHA10, Safeland PEC, First Aid/CPR, H2S awareness, confined space)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
