Rotational Development Program – Finance - Electrified Motion

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly closings and variance analysis.
• Assist with quarterly and annual forecasting processes by updating models and validating assumptions.
• Help prepare cost targets for annual business plans and review financial inputs in SAP.
• Compile standard financial reports and dashboards for plant and divisional reporting.
• Support investment and business case analysis, including ROI and discounted cash flow calculations.
• Maintain product costing data and track cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support analysis of performance versus targets.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support financial transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience or relevant internship/co-op experience in finance, controlling, or data analysis.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Geographical flexibility for relocation throughout the 24-month program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
