About the role
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly closings and variance analysis.
- Assist with quarterly and annual forecasting processes by updating models and validating assumptions.
- Help prepare cost targets for annual business plans and review financial inputs in SAP.
- Compile standard financial reports and dashboards for plant and divisional reporting.
- Support investment and business case analysis, including ROI and discounted cash flow calculations.
- Maintain product costing data and track cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support analysis of performance versus targets.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support financial transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience or relevant internship/co-op experience in finance, controlling, or data analysis.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts such as cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SAP or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Geographical flexibility to relocate multiple times (domestically or internationally) throughout the 24-month program.
