About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop job plans for rotating work and responsibilities related to Field Asset Maintenance and Reliability (FAMR) policy
- Build, track, and monitor the annual rotating budget and maintenance plan
- Support annual turnaround and outage planning
- Complete vendor management competency assessments and work order validation for rotating activities
- Collaborate with the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) to ensure job plans are effectively implemented
- Provide technical assistance and advice to the field execution team regarding rotating equipment
Requirements
- Post-secondary Mechanical or Millwright trade diploma
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in rotating job planning
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Maximo
- Competency in financial budgeting and analysis
