About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop job plans for rotating work and responsibilities related to Field Asset Maintenance and Reliability (FAMR) policy
  • Build, track, and monitor the annual rotating budget and maintenance plan
  • Support annual turnaround and outage planning
  • Complete vendor management competency assessments and work order validation for rotating activities
  • Collaborate with the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) to ensure job plans are effectively implemented
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to the field execution team regarding rotating equipment

Requirements

  • Post-secondary Mechanical or Millwright trade diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in rotating job planning
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and prioritize tasks in a multi-tasking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Maximo
  • Competency in financial budgeting and analysis
