Rotating Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead rotating equipment engineering activities in accordance with project requirements, budget, and schedule
• Provide technical support during the feasibility and bidding phases, including reviewing tender documentation and machinery bids
• Prepare technical documentation such as supply specifications, mechanical data sheets, and technical tabulations
• Support the Machinery Lead in technical negotiations with vendors and supervise subcontracted engineering documents
• Follow up on engineering activities and interface with assigned machinery equipment/packages after order award
• Review and finalize vendor drawings, ensuring interface with other process or technical disciplines
• Assist construction and start-up activities by providing technical clarification and participating in site supervision, inspection, and testing
• Coordinate activities for as-built drawings and assist with engineering modifications on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Proven field engineering experience
• Experience supporting fabrication and commissioning activities
• Fluency in the English language
