Rostering Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage rosters to meet demand, planning up to 8 weeks in advance
• Match support workers to clients based on specific skills and availability
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Service Delivery, Customer Care, and BDM teams
• Support the onboarding and integration of new staff members
• Monitor shifts to ensure compliance with hours, breaks, and award regulations
• Maintain accurate workforce data within CRM and MS Office systems
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and enhanced customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in rostering or workforce coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within the NDIS or disability services sector
