Rostering Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client and staff enquiries via phone and email
• Manage shift allocations and source suitable candidates for available shifts
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with both clients and candidates
• Perform administrative activities to expand and maintain the candidate pool
• Ensure smooth transitions with state-based after-hours operations through effective communication
• Adhere to HCA WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures
• Work within a rotating fortnightly roster (Fortnight 1: 11am-7pm; Fortnight 2: 4:30am-12:30pm)

Requirements

• Proven ability to handle high volumes of phone and email enquiries
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Ability to work onsite at our Woolloongabba office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare rostering or workforce coordination
