Rostering Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client and staff enquiries via phone and email
• Manage the allocation of shifts and source suitable candidates for placements
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with both clients and candidates
• Perform administrative activities to expand and maintain the candidate pool
• Coordinate with state-based after-hours operations to ensure efficient service transitions
• Adhere to HCA WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Proven ability to handle high volumes of phone and email enquiries
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Dedication to providing high-quality service to both clients and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare rostering or workforce coordination
