Rooms Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and service guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards
• Perform thorough self-inspections of rooms to ensure readiness
• Ensure replacement of linens, towels, and amenities
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, including bathrooms and high-touch areas
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or lost and found items promptly
• Replenish housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and supervisors
• Respect guest privacy and adhere to "Do Not Disturb" policies

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and safety protocols
